Wheelchair Basketball and A Project Plan

This week we went down to the basketball court and we had a game with HSB's disabled basketball team. They were incredible: the team work, communication, how they handled the ball, everything they did just looked amazing - they should definitely be playing better places than just their home ground court. They were that good they were letting me and the team score baskets by passing us the ball and messing up purposely just so we got the ball, and they still won! There is a photo below of my attempt to play the sport. I did okay, I got a basket as well.

Also we have been working on something new, which should be an incredible help for the Espace Bambino children - watch out for our child sponsorship campaign, which is hopefully going live on 13th September. We got a hand from a guy called Martin Sweet from Npower, who worked on a project plan with us to help us keep on top of our objectives for the sponsorship scheme. Below is a photo of our project plan.

Keep an eye out on HSB's Facebook page for updates on when the child sponsorship scheme goes live.

  2. Basketball gives a mess of fun.You have the capacity to socialize and meet other people with comparative interests to yours. It is dependably fun to meet like minded people.I consider basketball popular not on account of everyone plays it,but rather why everyone loves to play it.
